Do I need to select land before designing my home?

Yes. Due to the diverse terrain and varying custom lot sizes within Phase 1, securing your land is the critical first step. This ensures any pre-designed home or custom blueprint perfectly fits the natural environment and setback boundaries of your lot.

Are there HOA fees, and what do they cover?

Yes. An overarching Homeowners Association fee applies to all properties. It strictly covers the meticulous maintenance of the landscaping, gated security, utility infrastructure management, access to our world-class amenities, and upkeep of the Veteran Memorial park.

Can I bring my own builder?

Our approved builder list is highly recommended to expedite the entire process. However, you are welcome to submit an outside custom contractor. Please note that all builders must pass our Architectural Review Board and a mandatory 10% coordination fee applies.

How fast will Phase 1 fill up?

Phase 1 consists of an extremely limited 25 custom lots. We anticipate high initial demand from investors and legacy-planners. We strongly advise reaching out to our concierge immediately to secure priority access before public release.
